It's been far too long since I uploaded anything!
I still visit DevArt on nearly a daily basis but I realized I hadn't uploaded any new cursors in a very long time!

This small set is for

who asked for more Higurashi ^^

I call it a minor set because I eventually plan to combine all the cursors I have for Higurashi into one mass set, but I don't have the time or energy to do that right now
